To stand out, above the crowd...

Even if I gotta shout out loud, till mine is the only face you see. Gotta stand out till you notice me. Yeah, if you have a problem with me quoting A Goofy Movie then tough luck, lol. Here is my rebel against my lame 9-5 office job drag queenish look. Like that? How I was even willing to do this at 7 in the morning I do not know but I enjoyed it. This is of course is all Inglot, as per usual. I've definitely neglected all my other make up for this palette. It's just so pretty and convenient. The glitter is actually my handy dandy NYX Crystal Jade liner.

One more day till Friyayadaaay!!!! So excite. :)

You buried the stars underground, you've stolen the night.

MMM, new Mastodon just happened to me. I know none of you know who they are, just know they make me just as happy as make up and nail polish do! Here's the brightest look I have ever done! Fun fact, I did this look for a date night with my boo but I spent most of the night on the bathroom floor sick. Yeah, no more drinking, lol. This is Sugarpill Dollipop all over the lid and crease. The liner is 1 layer of Urban Decay 24/7 liner in Electric, Inglot Matte 372, and NYX Crystal Liner in Crystal Jade.

I'm kind of ashamed to admit this but I spent that whole weekend watching the first season of Glee. Jenna Ushkowitz or Tina Cohen-Chang is so cute and I love her!lol. She definitely inspired this look. I don't know why I look so pale in these pictures but I'm starting to suspect I forgot to blush and bronze up.
Even Zombri's like...the fuck? Haha!

Whatever it means to you, know that everything moves in circles.

I have fallen back in love with Incubus. Their new album is a little different but good as always and relaxing. But back on topic, here's one of my most favorite looks I have ever done! This is my trustie Essence Lilac as a base with my favorite Inglots. I rarely go out anymore but I begged my boyfriend to come with me to one of my favorite Mexican restaurants. Yummy! And I love a good excuse to look nice!

I'm sad most of the pictures I took came out blurry. Le sigh. How was everyone's weekend? I had a crazy dog filled weekend full of naps.lol. My life is so tame!

1, 2, 3

Howdy there bloggerettes! Here's my lazy go to neutral look in 3 ways. All shadows are from Urban Decay's Naked palette with a splash of purple using my Essence Lilac and Inglot D.S. 493 on the bottom.

First look is just Essence Lilac and Inglot D.S. 493 with OCC Lip Tar in Anime.

Second look is a little deeper with my Naked palette neutral eyes with the same purple on the bottom.

The third look is a darker version with more crease action using the same 'ingrediants'.

This has been a very stressful work week and I've been feeling pretty down. So I've been spending time watching Charmed on Netflix, lol. It's so 90's and mildly embarrassing. Have a lovely Friday ladies!

101!

I just wanted to take a moment and thank all of you who chose to follow my little blog! The ones who take the time to comment, or laugh at Zombri's antics, or just scroll on by. I appreciate you and it really means a lot. Generally when a blogger hits a milestone they hold a giveaway. Well I'm no exception but I'm human and money is tight. I have ideas and have purchased a couple of items for a giveaway but right now is not a good time. Once I've gathered everything my giveaway will be posted, so please stay tuned! <3

Stunning in Sayulita

When browsing through Sephora one day I saw the Stunning in Sayulita pallete by Stila. For only $14 you get four eyeshadows, a blush, and a 'bronzer'. It was just too cute to pass up. Banderas Bay is my absolute favorite highlight at the moment. It says it's a bronzer but it's much too light. Playa, a warm peach blush, is beautiful too. It's the only matte blush I own. The four shadows Starfish(champagne shimmer), Sandbar(brown shimmer), Getaway(mauve shimmer), and Palm Trees(green shimmer) are pretty but not as pigmented as I was hoping until you use a base.

Here's a really pretty look with the entire palette that I did a few weeks back using Urban Decay 24/7 eye pencil in Electric under Palm Trees and NYX Jumbo pencil on the rest of the eye. I thought this was a nice night time summer look. The liner is Kat Von D Autograph liner in Turbo Lover that I bought on clearance for only $10.

Lips are OCC Lip Tar in Demure with Lorac 3D on top.

Overall I'm happy with this palette and you just can't beat the price. I think this is a great summer palette that can work during the day and at night.

My first water marble...(pic heavy!)

Oh happy weekend full of sleep and more sleep! So here's my first attempt at a water marbling. I think it came out pretty good but not quite what I expected. This is China Glaze Cowgirl Up, China Glaze For Audrey, Nicole by OPI Make a Comet-ment, and Orly Fancy Fuschia, my franken Bile, base is 3 coats of Essence Prismatic White, free Hello Kitty decals from bornpretty and a flower from my moms garden. I know that's a mouth full! The first finger I did came out the best, in my opinion, it's also the finger I didn't use any protection, lol.

Before clean up.

After the first clean up attempt. Ladies use protection!lol

I'm pretty proud of my first attempt. Though I wish For Audrey would have been more noticeable. I used one of my mom's flowers on my pinkies. I cut the petals to fit my nails, painted a fresh coat of polish, placed it, then painted a top coat. It didn't hold very well though and was peeling immediately. But I wanted to try!

I won my Essence Prismatic White from a giveaway from Holly at shimmerspark along with a holographic eyeshadow in Lilac and a holographic lip gloss in Holoberry. Keep in mind Essence states these are 'holographic' when they are really duochrome.
 Cute tape!

Lilac is a purple base with blue duochrome.

Holoberry on the left and lilac on the right.
Holoberry is a pink based gloss with yellow, green, and blue duochrome.

Prismatic White is a white based polish with green and pink duochrome.

Holly had super cute stamps and business card. This was a great prize as it was a brand I had zero experience with and it allowed me to try it out. The eyeshadow is my favorite base for my purple/blue looks. The gloss is gorgeous and the polish works great. Thanks Holly!
