Black Cherry 51

Hellooo Bloggerettes! Today's post features my favorite OPI, Black Cherry Chutney, used previously for my Fancy Wallpaper look. She's the perfect Fall/Winter shade of burgundy. To snazzy it up I added Nfu Oh 51, the rainbow shimmer/flakie in a bottle. 

The last picture are my nails under water to show the rainbow effect. It's so hard to capture on camera. The second photo really shows how perfect this combo is for this time of year! I began with 2 coats of Rejuvacote, 2 coats of Black Cherry Chutney, 1 coat of 51, and topped it off with a thick coat of Seche Vite. What do you think of this combo?

Purple people eater!

I caved. I'm not much for spending over $10 on a bottle of nail polish. Figure, the more the merrier! But Nfu Oh 51 was teasing me, taunting me. It had to be mine. Once that bottle was in my hands I sat in front of my led lamp and just stared for a good 5 minutes drooling, lol. It's gorgeous in that wonderfully shaped bottle but on the nails it's obvious that it needs to be layered. This is three coats...

I tried to get as many angles so you can see the rainbows but being inside doesn't help. Jacksonville is hardly ever sunny anymore. I enjoy those dark rainy days but dabnabbit I want some pretty pictures!lol. I  decided I wanted to have more fun so I did some playing around with one of my frankens, Electrohead. This was meant to be a dupe of China Glaze DV8 but obviously it didn't work out!

P.S.- If you have even the smallest, itty bitty chip in your tooth avoid bleaching your teeth! Oy vey!

Mermaids Tail

Does anyone else suffer the wrath of having a Korean mother? Gah! I just got off from work and am now in my comfy clothes. Best feeling EVAR! Here's a simple little look I did a few weeks back. This is China Glaze For Audrey and Nfu Oh 38. Please don't mind my obnoxious hanging bra and clutter. I'm seriously not trying to get comfortable in my parents house!

I was just playing with some of my new camera accessories. Unfortunately the flash I bought for my camera was a fail boat and didn't work at all. Lame! Well, I think I'm going to watch some cartoons and relax. No photo fun time with Zombri today though, so I'll leave you with this...
