BUSY, BUSY, BUSY!
Sorry for the lack of updates! We're currently in the process of moving but we have to take a few extra steps before we have our home. Fortunately some good came out of all the drama and I'm happy to say I'm finally getting out of the retail business! Walgreens, in the particular area I work in, can be excruciatingly stressful and emotionally draining. Trust me. Anywho, I don't have anything new to post but I did recieve a lot of goodies in the mail that I can't wait to show you! But for the time being I'll just show ya'll some of my favorite nails I've done in the past! I'm also showcasing my inability to take photos of my nails until they're chipped and worn out, lol.

Crackle.
"We gotta crack Gretchen Wieners. We crack Gretchen, and then we crack the lock on Regina's whole dirty history."
"Say crack again."
"Crack."
I've become lazy in my 'old' age. But at least I have pretty nails! Todays look is China Glaze He's Going in Circles, a holo with China Glaze Black Mesh, the new crackle polish. Like I said in my previous post it's foggy in Jacksonville but my trusty little LED lamp light shows off the holo. It's gorgeous!
Blurry to show some holo.
I just purchased some new accessories for my Canon S5IS, they should be here in the next week. My Canon Powershot SD1000 just isn't up to par these days. I also ordered some goodies from Cherry Culture, Karmaloop, Sugar Pill and Lush so expect some more reviews soon.
I made the most delicious breakfast the other day. Right now I'm procrastinating making breakfast, lol. While browsing the interwebz I came across this recipe for cake batter pancakes with matching glaze. My boyfriend thought the were delicious but it was lacking something. Last night I gave Zombri some Frosty Paws ice cream and naturally these photos show my nails better than the ones I took specifically for them.

Hey vanity, this vile's empty, so are you.
Today I bring you a review for Beauty From the Earth cosmetics. I recently won my first giveaway from the lovely Reen and chose this darling little sample set.
Each sample was 0.5 grams. I have yet to do a look with the samples but I did swatches on my arm with three different bases, Urban Decay Primer Potion, Rimmel Pure White eyeliner, and Too Faced Shadow Insurance. The pigmentation was pretty good and the consistency is smooth. Though I think the white base was rather ugly and I definitely will not be using that in the future!

Unfortunately it's foggy here in Jacksonville so I apologize for the lack luster pictures.
Full sized jars from Beauty From the Earth are $6.50 while sample jars are $2.00. I'll definitely be purchasing more samples in the near future!
My friend Audrey sketched Zombri's face while we gathered around smoking our new hookah. Isn't she adorable?! Our hookah's pretty nice too! It's perfect if you have dogs that like to run around and bump into things.
